ECHO’s Commitment to Safety

The safety and well-being of ECHO participants has always been a top priority of the program. Early in our history, a serious look was taken at the retreat weekend’s design, and adjustments were made so that at no time during the weekend are an adult and student alone together. Students are grouped together for all activities. Additionally, all retreat team leaders over 18 are required to follow the Safe Environment guidelines of the Fall River Diocese.
